Roxanne Pallett has still not yet apologised to Ryan Thomas’ family despite it being nearly a week since making false allegations about his violence inside the Celebrity Big Brother house.
The 35-year-old ex-Emmerdale star tearfully confessed she "got it wrong" and made a "massive, massive mistake" in two pre-recorded televised interviews that both aired on Monday.
But while Emma Willis said she should have contacted Ryan’s brothers Scott and Adam Thomas , as well as their mum Sandra, after coming out of the house, Roxanne said she didn’t want to "hinder" the situation.
Now, more than 48 hours after she first broke her silence, Mirror Online can exclusively confirm Roxanne STILL hasn’t made any contact with Ryan’s relatives to explain her behaviour.
"Ryan’s family are surprised they still haven’t heard from Roxanne personally – they thought she might have reached out to them after her interviews, but the fact she hasn’t makes her televised apologies seem disingenuous," a friend of the family told us.
"It’s a shame she couldn’t find it within herself to contact them, but Ryan’s family are so proud of him nonetheless."

Roxanne Pallett and Ryan Thomas’s CBB beef
It comes after his mum Sandra revealed her relief that Roxanne had made an apology of sorts – but said she needed to go much further as this incident could affect her son "for the rest of his life".
"It was relief for me [hearing Roxanne’s apology], but at the end of the day she needs to apologise to Ryan personally, he needs to get his warning off him, she is also getting a lot of air time and I’d like Ryan to use his voice when he leaves," she told This Morning on Tuesday.
And Ryan’s girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh also spoke out against Roxy, branding her post-CBB downfall as "karma".
"It’s been the hardest couple of days. Watching the person u love go through hell," she captioned an Instagram shot of them cuddled up together.
"It’s been extremely upsetting and uncomfortable to watch. I still can’t imagine how painful this all must have been for him, I really can’t. I’m trying not to to be honest as every time I do I burst into tears and want to get into my car to drive to Elstree to get him out!!
"But finally it’s over. Thank you for all the kind supportive messages u have sent me and ryans family P.S Karma," she added.
