Snacking is probably one of the best things in life. But actually finding healthy, tasty snacks? Such a PIA sometimes.
That rings especially true if you’re on the keto diet—no one wants to spend solid time in the snack aisle examining labels (like, subtracting fiber from carbs to find the total net carbs), only to leave empty-handed.
Luckily, there’s a keto-friendly, subscription-based snack box does that work for you. It’s called Keto Krate, and it delivers eight or more keto-approved snacks to your door every month.
My momma always said life is like a Keto Krate. You never know what you’re gonna get. Last month (July) we packed the Keto Krate full of 11 new and tasty treats. We helped launch a brand new cookie flavor by @eatnui and we all celebrated with birthday cake cookies! @krunchymelts also released a new flavor of artisan meringues and the Dulce De Leche was Dulce-de-licious! You’re not going to believe the hamburger flavored realness of @threejerksjerky – it’s like a burger in a bag! @fatfitgo got you fat-fit-fabulous with their superior plant-based, macro-perfect pockets of energy on the go. We powered you up with @ketowatt’s brand new Peanut Butter Bar so you could shine brighter than a bottle of @goultima’s super refreshing electrolyte drink mix and then buttered you up with @nutiva Buttery Flavor Coconut Oil. We shared KetoManna chocolate fudge from @be.synchro with you all while keepin’ it real with @nickssticks straightforward grass fed beef sticks. @ilovesnacking Air Cheese was like a breath of fresh air so you could step out onto the @paleoranch and take a big bite of their Jalapeno Garlic Kippered Beef stick. July was a snack-sational Keto-adventure full of tasty treasures. Sign up for Keto Krate today and join in the August Adventure where we’ll explore a whole new world of sweet and savory snacking!

Here’s the deal: All of the snacks have five grams of carbs per serving or less—a hugely important thing for keto dieters, who only get five to 10 percent of their calories from carbs.
According to the company’s website, Keto Krate snacks are also gluten-free, aspartame-free, and “conscious” of soy and sucralose, which they promise will never be high on the ingredients list. The snacks are also free of maltitol (a sugar alcohol—a.k.a. carb—that can cause gas and bloating, per the National Institutes of Health).
As an added bonus, each box comes with discount codes and recipes for even more keto-friendly snacks. Each box also comes with discount codes and recipes for more keto goodness.

The service isn’t cheap—it costs $34.95 plus shipping for one box—but can you really put a price on finding keto-approved snacks you love without having to put on pants to go get ’em? Also: Once you find your perfect keto snack (or, you know, 10 of them), you can keep on buying them for yourself.
