Moment thug beats up two security guards in McDonald's as he throws punches and hurls them to the floor

In the shock clip, believed to be filmed in the early hours of Wednesday morning at a Leicester branch of the fast food restaurant, the yob paces towards the guards as a braying crowd looks on.

The hooligan, dressed in a khaki top and dark-coloured hoodie, approaches and circles the two guards while throwing a number of jabs towards them.

While staff at the branch look on from behind the counter one of the guards tries to move away but the yob grabs the guard's forearm and throws a left hook – flooring him in the process.

As the guard hits the floor, the crowd screams and cheers – but the brawl isn't over as the lad appears to kick out at the second guard.

He then approaches a guard again – but as they try to restrain him, the yob grabs the guard and body slams him to the tile floor.

In a separate clip of the attack on the second guard, the lad can be seen with blood on his face.

As the guard goes to stand up, the crowd screams and cheers.

The Sun Online has contacted McDonald's for comment.

In a statement, Leicestershire Police said: "Police were called at around 2.15am on Wednesday morning to a premises in Eastgates in the city, following a report of two men having been assaulted.

"The victims sustained injuries in the incident which didn’t require hospital treatment.

"An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.

"A 21-year-old man arrested on suspicion of assault and causing criminal damage has since been bailed pending further enquiries."

The incident comes just weeks after a manager of a McDonald's in Boston, Lincs., was repeatedly punched by two brothers.

Nathan Whittemore, 27, was hit 20 times after he claimed the pair started the fight after trying to "lock a worker in a cupboard".
