The GC, 38, compared herself to Khloe Kardashian last night after giving her face a remodel and now the clinic that carried out the work has revealed what she's had done.
Cheshire-based Skulpt wrote on its Instagram page: "Look at the gorgeous @gemmacollins1 ?.
"Gemma came back into Skulpt and had a top up of filler in her cheeks, nasolabial folds, chin, marionettes, lips and tear troughs – doesn’t she look unreal?!"
The Towie star has had a rough few weeks – chucking out her boyfriend James Argent and helping her mum Joan recover from pneumonia.
Taking to Instagram yesterday, she revealed that her extensions are out and she's gone for a platinum blonde long bob.
"Some days you just gotta do a @khloekardashian," she wrote on Instagram.
"THANK YOU @hairbysarrah my little beautiful hair doll for colour and application and cut.
"Ps …. I love you @khloekardashian you give me life. Don’t expect to see me with a ROOT for the next 10 months and thank you to @weareskulpt."
Earlier this week Gemma and Arg spent the night together after he was pictured sneaking into her house to beg for forgiveness.
Arg, 31, broke down in tears as he apologised to his on/ off girlfriend – who he sent cruel fat jibes to earlier this week.
Gemma was left mortified when Arg shared a video of her snoring to his Instagram Story earlier this week – and immediately kicked him out of her Essex home.
She was further heartbroken when Arg sent her a series of fatshaming text messages, telling the devastated star that she has "more rolls than Greggs."
The Sun Online exclusively revealed that friends close to the stars believe that Arg and Gemma will get back together eventually because "they love each other too much".
The reality TV couple first started dating in 2012 when they starred in ITVBe docu-series The Only Way Is Essex together.
Arg hit the headlines when he dumped Gemma for Lydia Bright, but The Sun later revealed that they'd enjoyed secret sex romps in 2016 – in the same week that he had reunited with Lydia.
The two have been on and off ever since, and even got engaged in December 2013 before breaking it off several weeks later.
