The vet – who is played by actress Michelle Hardwick in the ITV soap – will find a mystery man trying to set fire to The Woolpack and bravely tackle him.
Though her act of bravery ends in her being stabbed with a broken bottle and the man fleeing in her car with her baby Johnny in the backseat.
Actress Michelle recently teased to The Sun Online that viewers have already met the attacker.
She said: "We’ve got to think is it someone from her past, is it a connection to Charity or the Dingles? We’ll have to wait and see.
"The audience has met them before so that’s intriguing isn’t it!? And it’s a he."

Donny Cairns
Eagle-eyed Emmerdale fans think they have worked out Lachlan's dad Donny is the secret stabber.
They have noticed the actor who plays Donny, who was last seen in the village in 2015, is on the cast list for this week's episodes.
One fan said on Twitter: "THEORY: I have a very weird and strange feeling that #LachlanWhite’s dad #DonnyCairn could be tied to #KimTate and Home Farm … #Emmerdale"
Another wrote on twitter: "You guys realize Donny is in the cast list for week two. Yes. That Donny. #Emmerdale"
Billy Fletcher
Billy Fletcher arrived in the village just around the time the Dingles started being tormented by their mystery attacker.
Fans think he is responsible for all of the bad luck to befall them, including the pub fire and Vanessa being stabbed because he was locked up in the same prison Lachlan was before he was released.
And he's got an evil side, being a violent ex-con, so perhaps he gets in over his head and stabs Vanessa before fleeing?

If this seems far-fetched then cast your minds back to the other improbable things Lachlan has done that bend the laws of time, physics and even chemistry.
He kept his aunt Rebecca locked up for months on end in a cabin that wasn't that remote, before moving her with his tiny body to another public location with a paid-off nurse who kept her drugged up to her eyeballs and locked in her back bedroom that doubled as a padded cell.
He did all this while murdering his way through the village and even collapsing a B&B on his best friend without raising so much as an eyebrow.
So the idea he can let himself out of prison to take revenge and pop back before the guards notice is something that could definitely happen.
