FRANK LAMPARD'S unveiling could be delayed until Thursday because of social media problems, according to the Express.
Facebook and Instagram are currently experiencing technical difficulties – which is stopping pictures and videos loading.
The report claims that the Blues are monitoring the social media situation as they complete the final stages of the deal.
If it is not fixed tonight, Chelsea could be forced to wait until the morning.

FRANK LAMPARD is understood to have arrived at Stamford Bridge with his official appointment as Chelsea boss expected soon.
Fans outside the ground on Wednesday night claim to have spotted the former midfielder pull up outside and enter with club officials.
Only a year into his spell at Derby County, Lampard was given permission to skip the Championship club's return to training earlier in the week while completing his move.
And an announcement has been eagerly awaited by fans since Maurizio Sarri's exit from Chelsea last month.
