Philipp Plein splits with girlfriend, is back with ex he once sued

The couple who sues together stays together.

Over-the-top designer Philipp Plein — who made headlines at New York Fashion Week in February after he was scammed out of $900,000 by a faux Kanye West booker — has split from his girlfriend and taken up with the same ex he once sued for publicly calling his designs “a scam” and him “a con.”

We hear that Plein just broke up with his recent love interest — the bombshell Instagram model Justyna Gradek — and has already taken up with his once-acrimonious ex, Morgan Osman.

Plein has posted several pictures with Osman — once known as the Über Bitch on Oxygen’s “Bad Girls Club” reality show — this week.

And Osman posted online, “On this day 2 years ago we met. It’s been a wild ride but look at us now, closer than ever,” as well as, “Absence makes the heart grow fonder . . . so does good D and drama.”

Plein and Osman dated for a year starting in July 2017, but things got ugly after the split.

According to the Blast, last year he sued her for libel after she dissed him on social media in October, alleging his clothes “are made in Turkey then the tags are switched to Italian tags and they cost $20 to make and [he] sells them for $800 and everything breaks. Stones come off buttons pop off. He’s a con. Enjoy.”

She also wrote: “So overpriced. And such a scam,” as well as, “He’s smart using people and making money that’s how the work works but he’s also dumb AF and has no taste or originality. He should hire someone to do everything and instead he wants to do it all and he SUCKS. He’s not a designer period.”

Plein’s shows are popular for attracting celebs such as Paris Hilton, Bella Thorne, Mickey Rourke and Lindsay Lohan.

But while Plein and Osman seem to have made up, his reps did not comment on the status of his lawsuit against her or their relationship.

During Fashion Week, Plein also got into a bizarre public spat with a fashion writer, claiming she dissed his line because she “didn’t get paid with food.”
