Nip/Tuck actress AnnaLynne McCord was having some spring fun at the beach on Tuesday afternoon.
The 90210 star looked incredible in a tiny dark green strapless bikini as she walked on the shore then took a dip in the Pacific Ocean at Santa Monica Beach in Los Angeles.
The 34-year-old blonde beauty from Georgia was with her look-alike sister, influencer, author and social media favorite Rachel McCord.

AnnaLynne modeled a hunter green suit that had a very slender strapless top that knotted in the middle. It barely contained her assets as it was very narrow.
The briefs had a fun design with a strap that went over her hips and another strap that fell lower on the hips. And the backside had a thong style.
Her body looked to be in top shape with abs, lean legs and muscular arms for her enviable 5ft7in height.
The versatile actress’ hair was wet from her swim in the chilly ocean as she went makeup free with light jewelry on for her day in the sun.

This sighting comes almost a year after she discussed the five distinct alter egos she developed from her dissociative identity disorder in order to cope with sexual abuse as a child.
‘It was about disembodiment,’ the actress explained to People on Wednesday.
‘It’s a disconnection from mind to body.’
At age 16, AnnaLynne’s first alter ‘Little Anna’ emerged while she was arguing with her boyfriend.
McCord described her 13-year-old alter ego – also called ‘Anna’ – as ‘dark, cynical and jaded.’

The Feral State star said ‘Autopilot Anna’ had the ‘perfect tailored response at all times.’
AnnaLynne also detailed a loving and nurturing ‘Earth Mother’ as well as Domino, ‘a very salacious young lady – a toughie.’
It all started when McCord was sexually abused between ages five and 11 by someone she knew while living in an Atlanta trailer park with her mother Shari and pastor father David.

‘I’ve experienced hell,’ the homeschooled millennial recalled.
‘People I trusted told me to do bad things. I just shut down – that was the trigger point.’
At 18, AnnaLynne was raped by a male friend and her ‘body froze’ just like it did when she was little: ‘I just cut out awareness of what was happening.’
McCord would cut herself and have suicidal thoughts until she finally sought treatment for depression and post-traumatic stress disorder in 2017.

‘Mental health issues can be activated by trauma, but they can be healed,’ the Together1Heart president said.
‘Before it was like a tornado, and now it’s like a beautiful breeze. It’s more a mood than something that takes over me.’
AnnaLynne was diagnosed with DID (formerly known as multiple personality disorder) in early 2019, but she didn’t announce the news until April 21 during a vlog hosted by Dr. Daniel Amen.
McCord – who meditates and takes ice baths to calm her mind – ‘is no longer on medication’ and her alters have ‘largely disappeared.’
‘I’ve been called crazy in my life,’ the Unzipped podcaster noted.
‘But we need to dig deeper and get to the root of symptoms. I can’t count how many points in my life I didn’t think I’d be okay. But I love myself now and to others who are in pain, I’m able to give that love to them.’
