The PC had a lucky escape as she is sent hurtling towards the oncoming vehicle.
The shocking attack is believed to have taken place in Croydon on Sunday night.
It was posted and shared on Twitter thousands of times by someone who wrote: "South London at night. LOL."
The clip shows cops tackling at least two young men in the street, before one launches a brutal kick.
The poster has been slammed online for filming the incident and not helping.
In one stomach churning moment, a man in a grey hoodie turns and kicks the officer as she apprehends his mate.
She is sent flying back, and cowers in fear as the red bus misses her by inches.
In the video, cops grapple with men who seem to have been stopped in a silver car.
A narrator filming from inside a vehicle says: "They're all fighting. They're spraying them up".
Later he boasts: "I'm getting this all live".
But the poster was slammed by some Twitter users.
One wrote: "How people can find this funny is beyond me….. and to film it and not even bother to help!!
"These people would be the first to ask for services when needed!"
Another said: "Aren’t you the big man filming it. Enjoy the show did we?
"At least the person on the bike is a decent human being & had good sense to help."
Sun Online has contacted police for comment.
