Just a few months into her role as the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has already proved she’s a natural with kids.
Like her husband Prince Harry she seems to love spending time with the little boys and girls she meets at official events, and has won the hearts of the nation with her kind gestures towards them.
An old video which has just resurfaced shows this is nothing new, as it shows her playfully presenting her best friend Jessica Mulroney’s little girl with a present.
In the clip, which is believed to be from 2016, little Ivy, who was one of Meghan’s bridesmaids, can be seen jumping up and down when she realises she has a present.
Meghan, who is bare foot and dressed in skinny jeans and a jumper, is sitting at a breakfast bar in a kitchen.
She says: "Ivy, wanna see what I bought you? It’s different to what I’ve ever brought you before.
By this point, a very excited Ivy is jumping up and down.
Meghan asks if she’s excited, before saying: "What do you think it is."
As Ivy comes over to get her present, Meghan squeals with excitement then reaches towards a bright pink bag.
Unfortunately the video, which sounds like it was filmed by Ivy’s mum Jessica, cuts before we get to see what lucky Ivy got.
The video was shared by a fan on social media this week, and has already been viewed thousands of times.
