This is the extraordinary moment a man used a lamppost to scale the side of the building – and found more than a dozen lost footballs on to the roof. 

The daredevil, whose friends say is ‘like Spider-Man’ due to his climbing skills, is filmed pulling himself up the lamppost with this hands while ‘walking’ up the wall, which is only a couple of feet away. 

On the roof, he discovers more than a dozen footballs and throws them down one-by-one to his friends standing below, on a street in Stirling, Scotland.

After throwing down the balls, the man throws a frisbee into the distance. 

At the end of the clip, he returns to the lamppost and slides down it to reach the ground.  

Scott Thomson, 20, posted the video from June 30 on Tiktok and said the discovery of the lost balls came as a surprise.

He explained: ‘We weren’t expecting anything. 

‘We’re just a big group of stupid young lads doing funny stuff.

‘I’ve always known my best mate was good at climbing – he’s like Spider-Man.’ 

One TikTok user said: ‘Why does this remind me of the Wii Fit game where you have to header the footballs.’ 

Another wrote: ‘That was the most joyful video I’ve ever seen.’ 

A third commented: ‘This video is my childhood dream I never knew I had.’  

The video has received nearly 250,000 likes on TikTok and more than 12,000 shares. 

After rescuing the lost balls, the man returns to the lamppost and slides down it
