Crisis talks were thought to have taken place between the pair after John was seen grinding up against another woman in a club.
The former I’m A Celeb winner, 30, was said to be humiliated after John was pictured with a woman at one of the city’s top nightspots.
Grinding against the mystery hottie, witnesses at Billionaire Mansion club in Dubai said John, 30, wasn’t acting like a man who was engaged.
Partying with friends while Vicky was in Brighton to celebrate her birthday, the businessman spent the night flirting and being touchy feely with the mystery blonde.
A fellow party-goer said: “It was shocking to see John behaving in the way he was. He was acting like a single man and didn’t care about who saw.
“The blonde lady was sat on his lap and they looked very cosy together. He had his arms around her waist and they were grinding on the dance floor.”
Vicky is said to be "heartbroken" over his behaviour.
A source close to the former Geordie Shore star said: “John has been hugely disrespectful to her and she finds it very upsetting that she’s unable to trust him while he’s on holiday without her."
The couple were thought to be having crisis talks to see if they could save their relationship.
As news broke of John's flirting, her loyal fans took to Twitter to support the star.
One wrote: "@VickyPattison you are worth more than this babe, millions more. Don't let him f#@k u over again . He ain't worth it !! #girlssupportinggirls."
While another gushed: "No idea why he would do that when he’s got an absolute worldie he’s about to marry @VickyPattison is fire."
Rumours have been rife the pair have been in make or break talks and their wedding was postponed after Vicky said she’s “not ready to be a wife”.
The Geordie star explained in January that a wedding “just didn’t fit in” with her plans and she wanted to continue enjoying her time with John as an engaged couple.

She said: “At the moment we're travelling and living in our first house together, we are working really hard, we've got this incredible life – a wedding just didn't fit in.
"I feel sexy when I get called a fiancée. I've got me whole life to be a wife. I want to give 'fiancée' some love."
John posted a selfie on his Instagram story following his night out – telling fans he felt “rough”.
He also shared a photo from inside the club as he partied without Vicky by his side.
