The former Towie star let loose on a wild night out at posh sushi restaurant Nobu.
Megan, 25, glammed up for a night out with friends and was seen heading into the venue looking flawless, complete with new highlights in her hair.
At the end of the night, Megan looked like she'd had a fun time with her friends and was pictured laughing hysterically with a pal as they got into a cab.
The reality star was seen playing with hair and flicking peace signs with her eyes closed as she headed home after a long night of partying.
Megan is making the most of single life after ending her romance with Muggy Mike Thalassitis.
The Sun Online revealed the pair split for good last month after weeks of rows.
Speaking exclusively to us, Mike, 25, said: "She's not my Megs anymore. As of last night, it's over.
"There's no going back. I gave her everything and it wasn't enough. I'm doing me now. I'm happy."
After being quizzed on a possible reconciliation, Mike added: "I don't know what the future holds, but I don't hold out much hope.
"There's only so much you can keep trying when it's not working.
"You've got to do what makes you happy."

Just a week later they briefly got back together, but were pictured having a blazing row in the street.
Ex-Towie star Megan, 26, posted to her Instagram "an ex is an ex for a reason", but soon had a change of heart when she patched things up with the hunk.
Friends close to the couple hope there is a chance they could give their relationship another go, once things have calmed down.
A source told us: "They are so on and off it's embarrassing, but they're a very fiery couple so we all expect it to be back on again soon.
"They are great together and we hope they'll work it out, despite their differences."
