Strictly's Kelvin Fletcher leaves celeb pals horrified with pic of empty supermarket shelves as stockpilers raid shelves

STRICTLY'S Kelvin Fletcher horrified fans by sharing a snap of empty supermarket shelves.

The former Emmerdale actor shamed stockpilers who have been raiding store shelves ahead of the second lockdown.

The 36-year-old – who won Strictly Come Dancing in 2019 – wrote: "WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?! Stop the bus I want to get off."

Sharing a post on anxiety hitting Brits ahead of four more weeks locked indoors, Kelvin said: "I’m struggling to take much more of this if I’m honest. It simply just doesn’t add up."

Emmerdale's Charley Webb said: "Don’t! I cannot cope!!!!!"

"People don’t poop more in lock down!! Behave people…" said Vernon Kay.

Paddy McGuinness added: "F*** my life. That is mind blowing."

Ex-soap star Adam Thomas tried to lift the mood by joking: "They had a good offer on man give me a break."

Panic buyers have been stripping supermarket shelves bare as shoppers stocked-up ahead of the four-week lockdown.

Pictures have revealed loaded up trolleys and people forming snaking queues outside stores.

The threat of a national lockdown comes after government scientists presented the PM with “grim” data on the second wave, despite the R-rate falling.

Experts told the Prime Minister full restrictions – including the closure of pubs, gyms and non-essential shops – will be the only way to save the festive period.

The virus is thought to be spreading faster than the initial "worst-case scenario" predicted.
