The ex-Celebrity Big Brother champ, 28, confirmed the news in a statement to The Sun Online and said he wishes the blonde beauty "all the best".
A spokeswoman for Bear said: "I can confirm that Stephen and Ellie have ended their relationship.
"Stephen wishes Ellie all the very best and holds no bad feeling for her whatsoever.
"He also realises that it’s time for him to focus on his career now."
The Sun's Bizarre column revealed in April that Stephen had moved on from his ex Charlotte Crosby with Instagram star Ellie – just four months after their bitter split.
A source said at the time: “Stephen and Ellie have been together for a number of weeks now but have only just started to let people know about their relationship.
“He couldn’t resist showing Ellie off to close friends at Faces nightclub on Saturday – and pals say they looked completely smitten with each other.
“Stephen has been involved with a few girls since his split from Charlotte but no one has held his attention quite like Ellie.
“He even admitted to being in love with her on Instagram which Ellie proudly posted to her 372k followers."
Stephen was linked to a number of women since his split from Charlotte last December.
The Sun Online revealed he secretly dated an 18-year-old Argos worker and had even introduced Elizabeth Randall to his parents.
Charlotte has since moved on with Ex On The Beach star Joshua Ritchie – with the pair currently holidaying together in the Maldives.
The Geordie's relationship with Bear came to a bitter end when he accused her of owing him money from their joint business venture.
Stephen took to social media to demand money from Charlotte, with her representation confirming that her lawyers were involved.
They said: “Stephen Bear’s libellous comments on Instagram are totally false: there is no truth whatsoever in the allegation that Stephen is owed any money by Charlotte, her father or His and Hers Ltd."
