Nish (Navin Chowdhry) is desperate to buy the Arches from Ben (Max Bowden) in EastEnders, and is willing to go to extreme lengths to settle the deal.
However, he is soon stopped in his tracks when Ben makes a confession over dying Lola (Danielle Harold).
Lola was recently diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour, which they have since discovered is incurable.
Desperate to help her, Ben found a clinical trial that may increase her chances of surviving the illness.
However, when they meet with the specialist, Lola and Jay (Jamie Borthwick) are told that it is too soon to take this route, leaving them heartbroken.
As Ben gives Nish an update on Lola’s situation, will he push for the deal, or will Ben’s bombshell change his mind?
