Looking happy and relaxed, the Saturday Night Takeaway star enjoyed a drink before taking a dip.
She wore a sheer black cover up over her patterned swimsuit to protect herself from the sun.
The pictures come after Scarlett returned to social media with a cute snap of herself posing in an inflatable pink flamingo.
In her first post in about three weeks, the star told fans she is "living my best life" beside the snap.
The posts come after Scarlett – who split from boyfriend Lee Wilkinson for a second time last month – vowed to quit social media after being hounded by cruel trolls.
Revealing her upset on Twitter, the TV presenter wrote on July 29: "I’m honestly ashamed of some people on here.
"Hard to pretend I’m OK and be a good role model to others about how it’s ok to just you when the comments from grown adults on here have resulted in me crying my eyes out! I hope you’re very proud of yourselves."
She added: "No wonder the amount of people including myself with social anxiety is increasing.
"Feel like I can’t even film tv shows without hating the way that I look after – from constantly being attacked because of my size and my appearance!
"Feel like I need to speak out for others!! This is not fair this needs to stop!!
"Please to the people out there who aren’t loving themselves right now please don’t let other people stop you from doing what you love. Real beauty shines from within."
Meanwhile Scarlett's return to social media follows bookies' revelation that the former jungle queen is currently in pole position to replace Ant McPartlin as Declan Donnelly's I'm a Celebrity co-host.
Bookmakers Paddy Power have given Scarlett odds of being Dec's right hand woman at 5/6.
