EMMA Roberts' baby daddy Garrett Hedlund was arrested for driving under the influence and ordered to rehab during the actress' pregnancy.
The Tron actor was arrested on January 24 2020 and his blood alcohol level allegedly tested at .36 percent, four times the legal limit of .08.
According to legal documents, seen by Us Weekly, he was released on $100,000 bail.
"When the incident occurred, Garrett immediately sought treatment which was successful,” a rep for the star, expecting his first child with Emma Roberts, told the publication.
“Today, he is in a solid and great place.”
His attorney, Blair Burke, reportedly negotiated a plea deal.
Garrett completed a 30-day residential treatment program, a nine-month first-offender alcohol and drug education counseling program, and he was also required to attend 30 AA meetings and perform 100 hours of community service.
AHS star Emma announced she was pregnant in late August.
Emma, 29, took to social media on Monday to reveal her growing tummy in a beautiful white dress.
The first snap showed the Scream Queens actress sat on her own on a window seat with her hands tucked under her baby bump as she gazed into the distance.
In the next two pictures, Emma was joined by her boyfriend Garrett, 35, and she captioned the post: "Me…and my two favorite guys 💙💙."
Emma, who is the niece of Pretty Woman actress Julia Roberts, was first linked to Garrett back in March 2019.
The two had been friends prior to dating, but a source described the relationship at the time as "casual" and "just a couple of weeks old" to Us Weekly.
Emma's famous aunt was quick to comment on her Instagram post and simply wrote: "Love you 😘."
Sources close to the pair told Us that the pair are “getting more and more excited” to become parents.
“Garrett is really looking forward to becoming a dad and feels as though this is something he needed,” the insider explained.
"He is ready to take on all the daddy duties, and Emma getting pregnant has forced him to become more responsible. He thinks that’s a blessing."
