Neighbours star Travis Burns fuels rumours that Tyler Brennan could return

It’s been six whole months since Tyler Brennan left Erinsborough behind, but now actor Travis Burns is fuelling rumours of a potential return to Neighbours.

Fans were left heartbroken earlier this year when Tyler was transferred to a prison in Adelaide, but it has since come to light he was wrongly imprisoned in the first place.

After the mysterious Cassius Grady was revealed as the real killer of Hamish Roche, and not Tyler, fans have been calling for Tyler to clear his name and return to Ramsay Street.

Something Travis is keen on by the looks of things. Alluding to his character’s exit, the actor wrote on Twitter: “Just as you all were giving up on Tyler!! Truth comes out.”

Hinting that he would like to see justice for Tyler, he added: “Innocent at last. Now Tyler needs to get out of prison somehow.”

Travis isn’t the only one hoping for Tyler’s comeback – Joe Davidson, who plays Cassius, told Digital Spy earlier this week he would “love” a “face-off” with Tyler.

“Yeah, I would love to do a face-off with him! Then Cassius might have a chance to explain, but maybe they would lash out at each other. I think it would be swift and fiery – a good showdown!

“It would either be that, or that Cassius could reconcile with the brother he never had. All he wants is a family.”

So, who’s going to start the ‘Free the Ramsay Street One’, then?

Neighbours airs on weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
