She layered up her look with ripped boyfriend jeans and threw on a cream and black trench coat over her look.
Clutching her Starbucks coffee, Molly-Mae captioned the photo: "Missed you Manchester."
Meanwhile Molly-Mae has been suffering from an "intense" secret illness since flying back from Mexico.

"I feel like I've not come on here for so long.
"Obviously I've been away for work and I ended up extending my trip.
