The 40-year-old threw his arms round Gemma Chan, who played Mia in TV’s Humans, as the couple partied with pals.
Gemma, 35, reciprocated on their jaunt to Formentera. Both co-starred in film Stratton last year. An onlooker said: “They seemed to be having a great time.”
Dominic split from his partner Ruth Negga in April after eight years together, but insist they remain on good terms with the actress recently revealing the pair are “super supportive” of each other.
Meanwhile Gemma — who played Mia in Humans — has been single since her break-up from Jack, 30, after six years together when their hectic schedules forced them to spend long periods apart.
An onlooker in Formentera explained: “Dominic is very recognisable – especially with Mamma Mia 2 out at the minute – so it didn’t take long for people to notice him.
“He and Gemma looked as though they were having a great time – laughing loudly and cuddling up while taking pictures.”
The couple spent the evening visiting the town of Sant Francesc before heading back to their resort – leaving together the following morning.
Dominic, 40, and Gemma, 35, appeared alongside each other in 2017’s Stratton – which was widely panned by critics.
The pair appear to have remained in close contact since the outing, in which Dominic played a Special Boat Service soldier.
But the apparent union could spark awkwardness for Dominic and Jack, who know each other via their mutual friend James Corden.
British comic Jack and actor Dominic were both among guests at James’ stag party in 2012 ahead of his wedding to wife Julia, and each remain very close to the chat show host.
Dominic previously enjoyed a two year on-off romance with his Mamma Mia co-star Amanda Seyfried, 32, after meeting on the set of the first film in 2008.
