Love It or List It viewers rip into ‘fame-hungry’ couple as they spot them on advert DURING the show | The Sun

LOVE It or List It viewers have slammed a couple branding them 'fame-hungry' after realising they had seen them on TV before.

The latest episode of the Channel 4 show saw Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp go head to head to convince Jabbz and Sarah to either put their property up for sale or renovate it.

The filmmaker and his actress wife shared that they wanted more space and a second bathroom in their four-bedroom property.

With a budget of £45,000 and a £55,000 list it budget the pair wanted to give their home a makeover.

But just minutes into the show, viewers quickly realised they had seen the family on TV before.

The couple had appeared in a TV advert, which aired during one of the breaks in the episode.

Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts and many were unhappy, slamming Sarah and Jabzz for being "fame-hungry".

Some even complained to Channel 4 for using "actors" and viciously branded them "desperate".

One wrote: "I swear I just saw these two on that advert. Weird."

A second penned: "Love the show but tonight's was disappointing… dodgy acting family, absence of them genuinely wanting to spend the budget, staged conversations and no space for Brian… he could have that loft space for his guitars."

Another added: "Knew there was something dodgy about tonight's family?! Feel mugged right off, they had no intention of spending money on love it."

A fourth fumed: "These two are a complete waste of time just saw them on the advert. Sneaky pair!"

A fifth also raged: "Can't believe couple! I'm actually fuming."

Another complained: "The couple in this week's show are actors and they've just appeared in an advert during this episode. Seriously Channel 4 you are so desperate you have actors on?"

They both made the decision to stay in their place and fix it up which cost them £5,000.
