LINDA Lusardi's husband Sam Kane was reduced to tears after seeing plans for a nationwide applause for the NHS as his wife continues to battle coronavirus.
The 51-year-old shared a clap for our carers post on Facebook encouraging people to pay tribute to NHS staff at 8pm tonight by applauding.

The poster reads: "During these unprecedented times they need to know that we are grateful."
Moved by the sentiment, Sam wrote: "Well this made me cry."
Last night he revealed Linda is struggling with her oxygen levels and blood pressure.
He wrote: "I have the angels with me helping to heal my girl."
"Along with all of your amazing love and prayers she appears, so very slowly to be at least a little brighter in her self," he wrote.
"The oxygen is still a problem as is her blood pressure is low but she isn’t moving backwards. Thank God. There is still no major change to report just yet but she did say she’s feeling a tiny bit stronger. As long as its moving forward. That’s all that matters to me."
"Thank you again for all of you love, prayers and positivity," he continued.
"Your energy is helping so much. I will be forever grateful. Please keep sending. She will win this. She’s amazing. Thanks you. #StaySafe."
The 61-year-old revealed fears she had the bug on her Twitter account a week ago, and their hospital dash came soon after.
She said: "I want to thank you all for your good wishes. Sam and I have had COVID-19 symptoms and are in isolation so we do not spread it to anyone else.
"We are taking it one-day-at-a-time, that’s all we can do. But let me tell you we’ve never felt this ill, EVER!
"I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. So stay safe everyone and follow the advice of the experts – please take care of yourselves, loved ones and each other xx"

Replying to a fan who asked for a message from Linda for her granddad, she replied: "Sorry Kerry. I am extremely ill with Corona at the moment."
Many were stunned by the news, with friend and Loose Women star Sherrie Hewson saying: "Sending big love."
Linda is a former glamour model who used to be a regular on the Loose Women panel.
The Londoner became a household name in the Seventies and Eighties, and in 2005 was voted the UK’s most popular Page 3 girl ever.
In 2018, she stripped off to mark her birthday nearly four decades since she first appeared in The Sun.
She said: “I still look sexy at 60 and my husband thinks so too — he reckons I’m the best thing since sliced bread.”
In 1998, Linda married actor Sam and they have two children, a son called Jack and daughter called Lucy.
She also appeared on Dancing On Ice in 2008, finishing in sixth place with pro dancer Daniel Whiston.
