The Page 3 legend, who turns 60 next month, says she can now fit in her sexiest glamour girl dresses from her modelling hey-day three decades ago.
Along with her husband Sam Kane, 50, Linda started using Slim Fast to help her lose weight around her middle.
Now she says she’s got her confidence back and feels sexier than ever.
Lisa told The Mail Online: “I feel so much healthier and slimmer since I got rid of that 14lbs and I'm going to do my utmost to make sure it never comes back again.”
In the sexy pictures for a new Slim Fast advert, Linda modelled a dress she wore when she was in her thirties.
Linda added: “When I decided to lose weight, I thought if I could get in that red dress I'd be pleased. I put it on a few weeks ago and it looked great.”
Sam also followed the Slim Fast plan and lost 1.5 stone in weight.
Last month the former Emmerdale actress celebrated her weight loss by posing in her sexiest lingerie for The Sun.
Linda told us: “I still look sexy at 60 and my husband thinks so too — he reckons I’m the best thing since sliced bread.”
The Londoner became a household name in the Seventies and Eighties, and in 2005 was voted the UK’s most popular Page Three girl ever.
She says being so famous for her figure used to make her feel awkward about her “lumps and bumps” as she aged — but no longer.
The mum-of-two said: “Up until I turned 50 I was wary of the fact I had cellulite and flabby bits here and there. I’d hide it all away.
“Now I’m turning 60, I think, ‘I know I’ve got those things but I still look all right for 60’, so I don’t care any more.
“I will wear a bikini in the garden and on holiday but won’t go topless on the beach — just in case someone recognises me and takes a picture!”
She also said other women her age, however, should go for it, announcing: “Why should life be tailored to age?
“If you feel like going on a topless beach when you’re 60, why shouldn’t you?”
