Lauren, 32, shared the sexy throwback image to her Instagram page earlier this evening as she suffers from a bad bout of tonsillitis.
In the photo, the former Towie star is posing by a swimming pool in a white swimsuit and heels.
She is holding onto a white fur coat and bottle of drink as she shows off her enviable tan and long legs.
Lauren has her dark hair loose and tumbling over one shoulder – completing the look with a pair of dark sunglasses and simple jewellery.
She captioned the photo: "Bring on 2019."
However, it wasn't long before cynics took notice – poking fun at the reality star for "editing her photo" in the picture's comments.
Pointing out the seemingly distorted tree in the space between Lauren's arm and her hips and waist, one wrote: "Tree's a bit blurry, hun" before adding "#deluded".
Another follower tagged her pal in the comment, quipping: "Love the blurry tree."
This isn't the first time that Lauren has been accused of editing her social media posts, with the star being accused of another "photshop fail" just last month.
Critics mocked the shape of Lauren's leg in a photo that she posted with Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson.
One follower wrote at the time: "Photoshop gone wrong, girl.
"Just stop with the photoshop and filters and be real."
Another slammed: "Why photoshop your body?
"There are photos of your real figure and you're curvy, not this slim. But curves suit you."
Lauren hit back at the claims at the time, sharing two photos that she claimed were the before and after of the image – insisting that she only added a filter.
She ranted at the time: "Women should empower one another! Embrace what we have… we aren’t all perfect!
"I wouldn’t care about filters/edit brightening or darkening a photo for the gram… this is mean, I’m happy and proud of who I am.
"I have a healthy body shape and size… I work out and I have a flat stomach and thick thighs… we are all different shapes and sizes."
She is yet to comment on the latest accusations.
