The model, 38, revealed that she had landed a part on the long-running ITV drama earlier this summer.
The first picture of Kelly in action sees her laying lifeless through the camera screen of forensic investigator.
Kelly plays a bride called Laurel who's killed on her big day in an episode titled Till Death Do Us Part.
The broadcast date is yet to be revealed but the episode is part of the programme's 20th anniversary series.
The model-turned-actress has been a fan of the popular ITV drama for years, prompting show bosses to snap her up.
She said: "I want to go and die in an episode of Midsomer Murders as that's the show I love most.
"I can't think why they haven't asked me yet!"
However, the call eventually came, much to her delight.
A show source told The Daily Star: "Kelly was thrilled to be on Midsomer.
"It's been her dream to get on the show and be killed off."
As always, it will be up to detective John Barnaby – played by Neil Dudgeon – to try and figure out who the murderer is.
The character is a guest at the wedding as he is friends with the groom, but the alarm is raised when Laurel vanishes as guests watch the firework display at the evening reception.
While Kelly is best known for her TV presenting and modelling work, she has turned her hand to acting on a number of occasions during her career.
In 2004 she appeared in the movie School of Seduction before taking on a role in 2010's Piranha 3D.
Her TV acting credits include Smallville and sitcom One Big Happy.
Kelly was most recently seen on TV presenting a fashion segment on This Morning, but she got a mixed response from viewers.
One wrote on Twitter: "Kelly Brook always wears dresses 2x too small for her… why would anyone take fashion advice from her?"
Another fashion fan was equally sceptical, writing: "Kelly Brook is giving fashion advice? LOL #ThisMorning"
Others were loving the star being on the show though, with one Twitter user writing: "Kelly Brook is a beautiful woman and is a great role model for curvy women. I hope I get to see more of her on This Morning."
