A source close to Keith tells The Sun Online that he has had secret meetings with ITV bosses about bringing him back to terrify the celebs as a cheeky jungle camp intruder.
Kiosk Keith star Raymond Grant has been in talks with the ITV showKeith, whose real name is Raymond Grant, became one of the most popular stars of the show but shocked fans when he was booted off the show in January after he was accused of turning up to work drunk and making an unwanted advance towards a female colleague.
But according to our source some ITV bosses want him back to do a cameo, believing his re-appearance would "delight viewers" who clearly miss him.
"Raymond has spoken to producers on the show, though obviously there is no vacancy at the Outback Shack with Kev on the scene.
"Instead, they'd like him to come back for a cameo role and are hoping to include him in one of the tasks this series, or as an intruder in camp.
"They know it would be a huge hit with viewers. Being Kiosk Keith made him a big star and there is still a huge amount of affection for him behind the scenes. Producers are hopeful they can find a way for him to make a return – and of course Raymond is bang up for it."
The star's replacement, Kiosk Kev – played by actor and reality star Mark Herlaar – has had a mixed reception, with "Bring back Kiosk Keith" a regular refrain among the show's army of fans on Twitter.
Others have said the loss of both Ant McPartlin and Keith in the same series is too much to handle.

"Can’t decide who I miss more, Ant or Kiosk Keith," one viewer wrote.
Since his departure from I'm A Celeb, 52-year-old Raymond has been seen working on his farm near the show's base in Queensland in eastern Australia.
The star, now shorn of his trademark bristly moustache and trademark hat, was seen peering into a canister of petrol, before clambering aboard his rusty tractor.
He clearly still has a lot of love for the show though, with props including a giant 'Y' from the title peppering the farm's landscape.

A source told The Sun Online after Raymond's sacking: “It wasn’t unusual for Keith to turn up to work drunk as he's done it before but this incident has shocked everyone.
“He was drunk when he got on the bus in the morning. Then he behaved inappropriately towards a female member of the team who’s half his age. It happened in front of loads of people, the girl was so upset."
A show insider has denied that Raymond will be returning to I'm A Celeb this series insisting that nobody has been in touch with him this year since his contract ran out in 2017.
They released a statement before the series began saying: “Ray is no longer under contract on the show. There are no plans for him to return this year.”
