I'm A Celeb star Fleur East ready to make music comeback as 'record label bosses beg to sign her up' after jungle stint

Fleur, 31, was dropped by Simon Cowell's record label Syco last year but came fourth on ITV's biggest show last night, and record label chiefs are now “desperate” to snap her up.

A source told Daily Star: “A number of labels have been in touch with Fleur’s management team to express an interest in signing her.

"Meetings are being lined up for when she’s back in the UK so she can decide what she wants to take advantage of.

“The fact is Fleur has been a sensation on I’m A Celebrity. She’s won over the nation.

“While all campmates will get a career boost as a result of the show, it looks like Fleur will get the most out of it.

“It’s always easier for singers to cash in because their popularity can easily translate into record sales and gig bookings.”

Fleur was a finalist on The X Factor in 2014 and her debut single Sax was her only hit before her career hit a brick wall.

The source added: “Fleur’s singing career had stalled. But her time on I’m A Celebrity looks set to change all that. She’s likely to do very well.”

Her pal Jake Quickenden confirmed to The Sun Online that she's keen to focus on music when she returns to the UK.

Jake, 30, said: "She actually rang me before she went in and said, 'Jake they've offered me the jungle, what do you think?' And I said 'Mate take it. At the end of the day when do you ever get these life amazing experiences?

"Definitely take it and go and show everyone how great you are and you'll do well.'

He added: "She is a really lovely girl and she's very talented, it is a shame her music didn't do so well but I said to her 'It is a boost and you can get cracking on with your music after.'"
