What sexual assault allegations has Janice Dickinson made against Bill Cosby?

In November 2014, Janice claimed that actor and comedian Bill Cosby raped her in 1982 – when she was 27 years old.

On April 12, 2018, Janice testified at the trial of Bill Cosby who faces three charges of aggravated indecent assault.

She alleges that the comedian flew her out to Lake Tahoe to meet him and raped her after drugging her with a blue pill.

The model had said she tried to document the sexual abuse in her 2002 autobiography No Lifeguard on Duty but was "under oath" not to mention the incident.

The charges each carry a maximum sentence of ten years and a fine of up to $25,000 (£19,500).

All three charges relate to one woman, Andrea Constand – a former university employee who says he drugged and then assaulted her at his home in January 2004.

However, prosecutors are allowed to seek testimony from up to five other women, including Janice, who have said Cosby also drugged and assaulted them in previous incidents.

On April 26, 2018, Bill Cosby was convicted of three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

The convicted pervert now faces up to 30 years behind bars – ten for each count of sexual assault.

On 30th April 2018, Janice told Good Morning Britain that her dream is to watch Bill Cosby walk out of the courtroom in handcuffs:

“I will be at the conviction. My dream is to watch him walk out of that courtroom in handcuffs and serve the rest of his life behind bars."

Janice attended the sentencing on September 25, where the actor was sentenced to up to 10 years in jail.

Cosby appealed the conviction in the Constand case in 2019, saying the judge should not have allowed five additional women to testify that he drugged and assaulted them, among other complaints.

On June 30, 2021, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Cosby's conviction, citing violations of his due process rights.
