Gemma Collins has claimed that Dancing on Ice has turned into ‘blade wars’ over the bad blood between this year’s contestants.
The TOWIE star, who has been blasted for being a diva on the show, said that she has been ‘throwing up on the ice’ over the stress.
She also continued to insist that someone behind the scenes of the show was lying about her and trying to destroy her and was hoping that the truth would come out.
Confirming that she definitely would not be quitting before Sunday’s show, she told on Lorraine Kelly on her show today that she would become "Connor McGreggor on ice".
"I will not be beaten," Gemma said. "It has been one hell of a week [but] I’m not giving up, I’ve been working on the most amazing routine for Sunday."
She also opened up about how the stress was getting to her.
"I’m gonna be honest, yesterday on the ice I was throwing up, there was lots of tears, my family have been distressed," she said. "The hate, the trolling, people have been turning against me for no reason."
Gemma added that she actually loved dancing and didn’t want to give it up.
She said "I’m not going to let myself down, I’ve worked too hard."
Asked where the rumours had come from, she said: "GC the diva is meant to be fun, its meant to be tongue in cheek… we know where the rumours are coming from, we’re trying to get the person to own up."
Insisting that the mystery person needs to "own up", she added: "The show’s become a bit like blade wars… hopefully the truth will come out and the person will be honest."
