Early in the week Tracy Metcalfe warns Ross, played by departing actor Mike Parr, that he needs to stop taking drugs as his behaviour is getting out of control.
Meanwhile Ross is chuffed when Moira Barton agrees to give him some work but Cain isn’t happy with this arrangement.
Later, Ross promises his new BFF Ryan Stocks, James Moore, that he’s going to stop taking drugs.
But his promise doesn’t last and Ross – who was permanently scarred when acid was thrown in his face earlier this year – soon throws another drug- fuelled house party.
Ross struggles to cope with his comedown as he takes care of little Moses, the son he shares with Charity Dingle.
While out with Moses, Ross pulls out a small bag of drugs to take the edge off his comedown and he’s soon full of energy as he plays football with his little boy.
But suddenly Ross collapses in agony, clutching his chest as he falls to the ground.
While Ross writhes around in pain, little Moses heads off towards the bridge.
Will anyone find them before there’s another tragic incident in the village?
Ross has been sinking deeper and deeper into drug addiction since Rebecca White disappeared, leading him to believe she’d dumped him after rekindling their romance.
Emmerdale fans know that Rebecca is actually being held captive by a deranged nurse who is drugging her.
Will Rebecca and Ross find their way back to each other before it’s too late?
