Emmerdale hints at who will expose Caleb – and it's not Kim Tate

Caleb Milligan (William Ash) gained access to Kim Tate’s (Claire King) bank details in Monday’s episode of Emmerdale, the final thing he was looking for ahead of his plan to destroy her and Home Farm.

He was in the pub back room with Chas (Lucy Pargeter) at the start of the episode, minding his own business.

That was, until a Neil Diamond song started playing.

We established that Kim was a Neil Diamond fan back when she had her hen party. Tonight, she opened up her laptop and started playing ‘Forever in Blue Jeans’, which was enough for Caleb’s ears to prick up and make his way to his device as well.

As the song played and Kim bopped along to it, she opened up her banking website and entered her log-in details.

Caleb then wrote down her information on a piece of paper, cheering afterwards as he realised everything was falling into place.

A suspicious Chas (Lucy Pargeter) then questioned Caleb, who said he was playing a really big poker game and the Neil Diamond song came on after he won.

Completely oblivious as to what her brother is up to, Chas had no reason to question Caleb further.

While this made us curious, we know that Chas won’t actually be the person to work out Caleb’s plan via the Neil Diamond connection, as he will trip himself up by humming along to the song in front of Kim.

‘She’s not going to be a happy bunny, is she?’, Claire King told us recently, teasing what’s ahead once Caleb’s plan is eventually revealed.

‘I think “best served cold” might come into it. She will bide her time, I think.’

‘He’s been listening to a Neil Diamond song, Forever In Blue Jeans, that one Kim sang at the hen party’, she added.

‘Kim hears Caleb humming along to Forever In Blue Jeans, so that triggers an alarm for Kim and she thinks “right, I’ll have to test him out.”’

And so, Caleb is now facing a forever home in a shallow grave somewhere on Home Farm, and all thanks to Neil Diamond.
