Emmerdale fans think Meena Jutla is set to be killed off on the ITV soap after they spotted a prison clue during Monday's hour-long episode.
During the latest episode of the ITV soap, Meena met up with vicar Charles Anderson, who is dating her sister Manpreet Sharma and is Andrea Tate's ex, as she shared chilling details of her crimes.
Before confessing, Meena asked whether Charles would run "straight to the police" to which the vicar insisted that he was bound by confidentiality, telling her: "Whatever you tell me is between you, me and God."
The evil nurse then warned that he couldn't "handle the truth" as she shared chilling details about Andrea's murder and definitively admitted that she killed her.
Emmerdale ended with Meena making yet another phone call to Charles as she shared even more sick details from her murders as he told her: "I can't visit you again. My congregation, they need me here. But I'll pray for you."
During the phone call, another prisoner walked by as she and Meena both glared at each other.
Soap fans now think that the evil nurse could be killed in prison due to the scene and that it could even tie into the ITV soap's 50th anniversary episodes.
Taking to social media, one person said: "With 7 months to go til the big 50th I don’t think Meena will be exiting anywhere I think she will be killed off but I have a feeling they will doing something to match the plane crash somehow."
A different account put: "I think Meena will be killed in prison."
To which another follower agreed and wrote: "Yes same here."
While a different soap fan added: "They did show a prisoner staring at her."
During Monday's episode, soap fans were left distracted during the scenes, which took place in prison, as they questioned why Meena would confess in front of police officers.
One person said: "Charles can’t tell bc of his oath but there was a police officer there when Meena confessed to killing Andrea, could they not tell? #emmerdale."
A different account put: "Meena confessing to charles and the 5 guards that are literally 2ft away from her #Emmerdale #meena."
Another follower wrote: "#Emmerdale #Meena surely the prison officers are overhearing what she is confessing to?."
While a different soap watcher questioned: "The prison officers are listening in. Are they sworn to secrecy or can they turn up in court as witnesses. Does it count #Emmerdale."
