EastEnders star Sharon Watts Letitia Dean has spoken out on life since she embarked on a healthier lifestyle, which saw her go from 10st 4lbs to 8st 3lbs.
The 55 year old actress has been eating much healthier foods and exercising, replacing junk food with better options such as "gilled skinless chicken" and "lots of greens".
The star revealed she has "so much more energy" since removing the "faddy diets" from her life, and has been oozing a newfound confidence in herself ever since, particularly at this year's NTAs.
The star looked stunning in a white jumpsuit as she sashayed down the red carpet with her soapstar pals, her signature long blonde locks in a stylish updo.
"It was incredible," she told Closer Magazine in a recent interview. "I found I had so much more energy than I was eating junk food."
The actress said she has tried "faddy regimes", including a "disgusting" eggs-only diet, which she admitted did make her lose weight, however, she quickly yo-yo'd back.
These days, she keeps to a calorie-controlled diet and enjoys keeping fit with exercises such as running and boxercise.
Speaking about her motivation, the star confessed she has "quite a lot of horrible things said about me" including "she's too fat."
Fans have since been flooding Twitter with compliments for the star, who has appeared more and more confident as the weeks and months have gone on.
"She looks amazing!" wrote one, while another added: "Need to go on the Letitia Dean diet. She looks amazing."
