Noel (Tony Marshall) is run off his feet with an extra-busy department as well as all the usual demands on his time, so it’s a bit of light relief when one of the patients, Terri (Victoria Willing), seems to be on the same wavelength as him and some friendly conversation is exactly what he needs to make the day more interesting.
But the distraction leads to Noel making a mistake – one which has terrible consequences.
