While speaking to the court, Britney said: “I’ve always been scared of my dad.

“I was scared he would show up drunk.

“I counted and in one week alone, I was abandoned 63 times by all of my family members as I sat in the trailer and watched them leave from the window.”

She continued: “My team took everything from me. They even took my hair vitamins away.

“That’s not abuse, it’s f**king cruel. I still can’t even drink coffee.”

The singer’s heartbreaking accusations continued as she said: “I’m not sure how long it takes to get a restraining order but I want to file for abuse and an investigation against my dad.

“He knocked down a door and shook my son.

“My lawyer (Sam Ingham) didn’t fight for me.

“My lawyer did not fight for me one time. I am angry and I WILL go there.”

Sam resigned from her teamlast week after he "failed to file documents to end the conservatorship."

She continued to slam her family during the hearing as she said: “I would prefer if Jodi stays in place and works with me. But not my dad.”

Jamie and Jodi Montgomery are currently co-conservators for the singer.

BRITNEY TARGETS HER FAMILY

Britney claimed: “I worked so much it’s illegal despite what these stupid people say. I’m not crazy!

“What makes me the most mad is my family… my family all were hanging out together at a beach house I BOUGHT when my dad was trying to investigate me.”

She then began to cry really hard and struggled to speak, which led to the judge giving her a break.

Judge Penny told the singer: “I know this must be very difficult for you. Please take your time and take a moment.”
