Britain’s Got Talent 2019: Simon Cowell WALKS OFF over Frozen performance

Tonight’s episode of Britain’s Got Talent will see Katherine, 35 and Joe, 58, take to the stage as Elsa and Sven from the animated film Frozen.

The pair had previously auditioned as Beauty and the Beast last year and Simon Cowell wished them better luck.

While judges Amanda Holden and David Walliams were thrilled by the performance, the media mogul was far from impressed.

He pressed the red button early on in the performance and could be seen looking on aghast for much of Katherine’s rendition of Let It Go.

Katherine sang the hit single from the film while Joe tao danced alongside his wife as reindeer Sven.

Amanda, David and Alesha Dixon all appeared to enjoy the performance and were quick to defend Katherine and Joe.

While Amanda hailed the routine as “her favourite thing of the whole day”, Simon said: “What the bloody hell was that?”

The judge refused to cast a vote as he argued with his fellow judges over the pair’s potential to perform.

Amanda commented: “You know, Simon has been saying, the most important thing about Britain’s Got Talent is listening to our audience.”

The audience could be heard cheering as Simon gasped: “Seriously?”

The 59-year-old could then seen standing up and walking off stage as he refused to vote on the couple.

“You know what, I’m going to leave it up to you,” he told the panel before storming off.

Fans will have to wait until tonight’s show to find out if Simon returns and if the judges decide to send Katherine and Joe through to the next round.

Also on the show tonight, one act will leave Simon fighting back tears.

This evening, police officer Dave Wardell will bring his service dog Finn onto the show to win over the judges.

The pair’s act sees them perform a mind-reading trick while telling a story about the pooch.

Dave reveals what a couple of years ago, Finn saved his life when he jumped in front of him when a man wielding a knife came towards him.

The pup was stabbed with a 10 inch blade and managed to survive the horrifying attack.

As Dave told Finn’s story, Simon could be seen tearing up as he encouraged viewers to be kind to animals.

Britain’s Got Talent airs tonight on ITV at 8pm.
