The mum-of-two wore a bright orange bikini which accentuated her slim waist.
She was joined by her fiancé Greg Shepherd and two children, Nelly and Arthur, for a fun day out on the beach.
Billie has been working hard to get body confident again ahead of her upcoming wedding to Greg.
The pair are expected to tie the knot next year and filmed the run-up to their big day on the TV show they star in with Billie’s sister Sam.
Doting mum Billie, 28, squealed with delight as she played with four-year-old Nellie in the sea.
And 17-month-old Arthur looked besotted when he got some one-on-one time with Billie back on dry land.
Billie has been keeping her social media followers up to date with their antics from their luxurious half-term break.
The group were staying in a lavish suite in the popular holiday resort and enjoyed a number of fancy evenings out as well as lazy days by the pool.
Billie was back in the UK today promoting the next series of The Mummy Diaries with Sam.
During their appearance, both hit back at the criticism they’ve had over their candid breastfeeding snaps.
And Sam also defended her decision to co-sleep with her son Paul for two years, leaving her boyfriend needing a separate bedroom.
Billie found fame on Towie from 2011 until 2016 – when she left to concentrate on her “family and marriage plans”.
At the time a show insider told The Sun: “Towie bosses were shocked by Billie's exit on Friday and the news quickly spread around the cast. Everyone is already mourning.
“It’s no secret that Billie has a lot on her plate with her young daughter and marriage plans and to top it off she also wants to expand her family at some point.
“She was a brilliant and very funny member of the Towie family and was a natural in front of the camera from day one – producers have told her that the door is always open to her should she change her mind."
