The former Big Brother champion briefly dated John back in 2010 and though the couple have not been together for eight years they are involved in a furious Twitter spat.
The feud began when the 33-year-old – who has son Reggie – claimed John's friends were criticising her on social media.
In a lengthy Twitter rant, the star wrote: "F*** off John! It was 8 years ago….so sad that your ‘friends’ feel the need to comment on your extremely old relationships. Get a life you bunch of sad sacks #stillwaitingonmyapology."
But their war of words spiralled into a vicious back and forth as John went on to claim he had saucy pictures of Josie, which he hinted he would expose.
He replied: "Haha oh still pure class I can see. Your apology? Josie I still have the pics you’ve denied sending? How far are we taking this?
"Oh and another thing… next time you feel the need to tell lies and slag me off to a reporter remember it’s a very small industry."
But Josie denied sending any intimate shots to her ex.
She retaliated: "How weird you’ve decided to act up the night after I’m on @bbuk do you honestly think I’m going to send you raunchy pics of myself 6 months pregnant. Move on John! Tell your friends to do the same."
The Love Island Australia star tormented Josie by hinting he could leak the snaps.
He added: "I don’t care about what you’re doing, but don’t deny sending those pics.. I have them, I let it go when you came at me on insta but I’m telling you I still have them. Call my bluff Josie. Take Care. Always playing the saint."
Josie said she was 'confused' as to why James has kept anything from her.
She replied: "I honestly don’t know what pics your talking about… when was this meant to happen?
"We have not spoken for years! So excuse me if I’m very confused….
"Seriously how old are these pics? If there is any? I’m so classy that I’m still on your mind….Stop living in the past and move the fuck on. This is sooooooooo 2011."
"Are you denying sending me pics after we were together? Look if you want to deny it infront of everyone and make this public that’s your call.I have the pics and a short video. Let it be the last msg on the topic.Let it go now. You don’t have to admit it. But don’t deny it", John replied.
Josie hit back at John and accused him of still having feelings for her if he still looks at their old photographs despite their split eight years ago.
She said: "On my life I can’t remember doing that… but if you are still watching videos and looking at these so say pics of me from donkeys years ago then I think that says more about you than me. I don’t watch videos or look at pics of you John."
John replied: "Who said I was still looking at them?I said I still have http://them. You ’re the one coming out publicly & denying sending them.I know you have a short memory but you know you sent them and I’m telling you I still have them.I ignored at at first but it stops here."
Josie concluded the bitter feud by blasting John as a 'spoilt obnoxious p***k'.
She spat back: "Well if your new mate Grant thinks he’s seen these supposed pics/videos then…I can’t even remember being with you let alone sending you any pics/videos. Stop trying to ride on my coat tails. We had a s**t relationship…you are a spoilt obnoxious p***k. THE END.
"Do you think I want my son reading that his Mummy sent dirty messages while I’m pregnant with him. Damn right I’m calling you out on your crap! You do realise how stupid you look…"
