BBC Strictly Dianne Buswell’s emotional tribute to ‘buddy for life’ Bobby Brazier ahead of show final

Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell has shared a poignant tribute in honour of her celebrity dance partner on the show this year, Bobby Brazier.

EastEnders actor Bobby, 20, and Australian professional Dianne, 34, are competing against Ellie Leach, 22, and Vito Coppola, 31, and Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin for the coveted glitterball trophy in tomorrow night's live final, 16 December.

As the couples gear up to give it their all on the ballroom dance floor, they're also saying their goodbyes to an incredible three months training and dancing their hearts out.

After their last full day in the training room, Dianne, who recently shared the special moment she met best pal Amy Dowden's dad, took to Instagram to share an incredibly emotional message to her dance partner.

Along with a lengthy essay, she also shared a video montage packed with some of the best bits from their incredible journey on the show.

There were behind-the-scenes moments, laughs galore, and all manner of hilarious mishaps for the duo.

Dianne reflected: "Today was our last training session. I left with so much pride so much gratitude so many memories and a buddy for life!

"Bobs, I say it to you daily but thank you for giving me your all these last 3 months I could not of asked for any more from you!" the dancer went on to gush. "You really wanted to learn to dance and you have!!!! And you're so good at it now."

"Whatever happens this weekend we honestly couldn’t of done anymore than we have," Dianne shared, adding that the pair have tried their "very, very best" every week.

Fans flocked to the comments to share their support for the pair, with many excited to vote for them to win too. One person encouraged: "Best of luck to you both, I’ll be voting for you to lift the glitterball xx Carole"

"This is just everything, made me well up, just SO want you and the Bobster to lift that glitter ball loved you both from day dot," another fan praised. "You’ll be able to hear me from Elstree cheering !!"

"Who’s cutting onions here, bobby and dianne the partnership we never knew we needed," a third follower posted.

While a fourth shared: "I really hope you and Bobby bring home the trophy. I've been following your progress and stories on IG and Youtube and you've done an incredible job teaching Bobby how to dance. You are both AMAZING! Good luck on Saturday. YOU GOT THIS!"

"To think he’d never even watched Strictly and had never heard of most of the dances, and now he’s in the final!" a fifth person added. "All credit to you @diannebuswell for being an amazing teacher and choreographer, Bobby has come the furthest of all and you deserve to win"

Bobby has come an incredibly long way since he first stepped into the Elstree studio back in August, and has been in more than one nail-biting dance off.

Despite that, the youngster has made it to a place in the final, where he will be completing three routines with his pro partner.

The duo will be delivering an epic Showdance, as well as the Judges' Pick, and their own favourite routine to perform on Saturday night.
