BENIDORM has been a long-time favourite for Brits looking for a sunny getaway.

We've scoured the internet to find the best deals still available to book this year.

Sandy beaches, endless sunny days, cheap eats and incredible nightlife are just some of the things Brits love about the Spanish city.

Benidorm is a favourite for everyone, from families to couples and groups of friends – and it's only about two hours away from the UK.

Due to its affordable vacations and drinks, the Spanish area gained popularity with Brits in the 1980s and has kept gaining it ever since.

In fact, 34 per cent of all guests annually are British, so they continue to be the most popular visitors.

The cheapest September city breaks – with beers from £2 & package hols from £132pp

Benidorm is known to be the party capital of the Costa Blanca, so you won't be short of options when it comes to bars, nightclubs and parties.

And a holidaymaker has also recently revealed a hotspot where you can find drinks for 88p.

For instance, pints of both Amstel and Fosters are only €1 (88p), which is the same as the price of a cup of tea or coffee.

However, if you fancy Benidorm without parties, it is also a great destination for a family holiday, as it's home to a few waterparks and quiet beaches too.

Despite its popularity, there are still plenty of deals to book this year starting from £240pp, including flights.

The best deals come from different companies, including holiday giants like TUI, Jet2holidays, Loveholidays and On the Beach.

There are still some deals available in August too, but the prices are significantly higher.

The biggest bargain we've found is room-only stays at La Estacion from £240pp, with return flights included.

If you're looking for a shorter stay, you could head on a four-night holiday at the same hotel La Estacion from £168pp.

Another great deal we found is week-long stays at Apartments Las Torres, costing from £268pp.

Plenty of half-board and all-inclusive stays are available too, but those tend to be pricier.
