We had a scout around and the cheapest deals we spotted were for Tunisia.
You can for example stay for 4 nights on an all inclusive basis at the 3* plus Medina Belisaire & Thalasso in Hammamet for £256pp.
The hotel is right on the beach and has a huge outdoor pool. There’s also a spa and activities such as tennis, mini golf and archery to keep you busy.

The hotel only opened in 2021 so it’s pretty new, and it has a huge pool that you can lounge by.
