A TV presenter has revealed her top tip for only travelling with hand luggage, even when she jets off abroad for four weeks at a time.
Many budget airlines only allow passengers to travel with one free piece of hand luggage, so simply travelling with the essentials can prevent you from forking out for excess baggage fees.
After spending years travelling for work, A Place in the Sun presenter Jean Johansson shared her top packing tip in the Mirror.
Jean said: "When I first started I travelled with massive suitcases, now I'm a hand luggage girl.
"I'm a micro packer, and I've gotten really good at it."
The presenter, who splits her life between the UK and Scandinavia, has packing 'down to a fine art'.
Before each trip, Jean plans out what she's going to wear and only takes the items that she needs.
The TV show host will spend several weeks shooting a show, but can keep her packing down to a minimum.
On a recent trip to Cyprus, where Jean spent four weeks, she packed two summer dresses, a bikini and a pair of flip-flops.
When she wasn't wearing the garments, Jean washed them in her hotel room and dried them on her balcony.

Packing light is easier for Jean because she wears the same dress for five days straight when she's filming, in order to give the illusion that each episode has been shot in one day.
Meanwhile, Stacey Solomon's best tip for staying organised on holiday is to use drawer dividers to neatly pack one large suitcase for herself and her three boys.
The drawer dividers have six cubes in each, which she uses to separate and store the kids' clothes – one each for Zachary, 12, Leighton, eight, and Rex, one.
She manages to fit all four, including her own, neatly inside the suitcase – two on either side – and revealed on Instagram that her partner Joe Swash will use an "Asda bag" as he always does.
