A 45-year-old tech boss hellbent on having the body of an 18-year-old claims he has reversed his biological clock by roughly five to eight years.

Bryan Johnson, founder of an experimental anti-aging programme called Project Blueprint, is already a third of the way to his goal.

According to tests, Bryan apparently has the lung capacity of an 18-year-old, the heart of a 37-year-old, and the skin of a 28-year-old.

That's after spending almost £1.6m ($2million) on his body this year on treatments from 'rejuvenation doctor' Oliver Zolman.

Apparently, the 'intense' health programme combines supplements, planned meals, workouts and 5AM wakeups to de-age the body.

According to Bloomberg, Bryan kicks off his day with 24 different supplements, including zinc and lithium.

He then lives on a vegan diet of a maximum of 1,977 calories daily while working out every day. Bryan also undergoes three high-intensity workouts a week as well as taking blood tests, MRIs, and colonoscopies every month.

Bryan told Bloomberg: "What I do may sound extreme, but I'm trying to prove that self-harm and decay are not inevitable."

He claims that in 2021, he reversed his aging by 5.1 years. Meanwhile, doctors use a device that tracks his 'rate of nighttime erections', which they say is similar to that 'of a teenager'.

Bryan is so proud of his progress that he has turned 'de-aging' into a competition. His 'Rejuvenation Olympics' has a leaderboard for 1750 people who are trying to de-age. He is currently top of his own leaderboard, in first place.
