Tottenham 2 West Ham 1 LIVE: Moura and Bergwijn sink Hammers to send Spurs into Carabao Cup semi-finals

TOTTENHAM are through to the semi-finals of the EFL Cup after an entertaining win over rivals West Ham.

Stephen Bergwijn – the forgotten man in North London – opened the scoring after being teed up by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

West Ham's response was swift with Jared Bowen firing past Hugo Lloris after a terrific bit of skill.

But the Hammers switched off after their leveller and Lucas Moura put the hosts back infront before the break, with David Moyes' side unable to force a leveller.

  • Final score: Tottenham 2-1 West Ham
