Eleven Sports US PGA Championship coverage cuts out meaning furious viewers miss Brooks Koepka’s winning putt

Raging viewers were left seething as their stream failed just when the American was tapping in on the 18th hole to win his third Major.

The internet-only service, founded by Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani, had a nightmare on Thursday's play when the coverage went dead but had improved over the next three days.

Unfortunately it suffered another disaster at the critical moment late on Sunday night.

One viewer fumed: "Thanks @ElevenSports_UK your live feed cut out on me just as Koepka was about to tap in on 18. Shambolic end to your coverage after a shambolic start."

Another said: "A fitting end to a woeful week on Eleven Sports as the stream cuts out at midnight and forces viewers to log back in, meaning that Brooks Koepka's winning putt was missed. Shambles."

A fellow user posted: "Stream fails at midnight and winning putt missed!! Won’t be following up on that free trial thanks."

One comment read: "Oh, great. @ElevenSports_UK stream goes down just as Koepka goes to tap in the winning putt. That went well, then."

Another Tweeter said: "Thanks @ElevenSports_UK for automatically logging me out at midnight so I missed the winning putt. Subscription cancelled. Goodnight."
