EDDIE HALL has showed off his incredible body transformation after losing a whopping 22lbs.
The Beast, 32, has been knuckling down in the gym ahead of his boxing match against rival Hafthor Bjornsson.
Hall weighed well over 30 stone when he won the World's Strongest Man title back in 2017.
But the strongman is now on a mission to lean down to ensure he is fighting fit when he faces the Game of Thrones star.
The 32-year-old revealed on Instagram that he weighs 25st 8lbs after losing 22lbs during lockdown.
He posted a picture of his bulging abs as he soaked up the sunshine after a bike ride with his two children.
Speaking to his 2.2million followers, he said: "Just back from an afternoon bike ride with the kids.
"Sitting at 164kg so overall 10kg lost and feeling great for it."
Bjornsson called out rival Hall after he beat his 500kg deadlift world record by 1kg at his home gym in Iceland.
The Brit claimed the 6ft 9in giant has been smearing him with "lies" for years over his 2017 World's Strongest Man win.
And he has vowed to "rip his f***ing head off" when the pair lock horns in the ring in Las Vegas next year.
In his latest Instagram clip, he revealed he is feeling "nimble" after trimming down his tanked-up physique.
He said: "It's all coming together nicely, I'm feeling good. I'm feeling strong, that's for sure.
"Body weight is coming down massively, I don't know what I weigh right now but I'm feeling really good.
"I was 27st 7lbs when I started when I came back from Australia.
"I anticipate to be 26 7lbs, maybe a little bit less.
"This is a good weight for me right now. I'm feeling fit, feeling nimble and I'm able to do the boxing stuff really well.
"Weight for the fight, I don't know. I could come in at 120, I could come in at 170.
"We have just got to wait and see how my body adapts to all of the training.
"The main thing is I'm keeping strong, I'm not letting anything die off.

"The boxing work has taken a backseat right now, but I'm building my fitness up so I'm preparing myself to get into the boxing work.
"Which is good, we're making progress. We've got 15/16 months until the fight, so plenty of time. I'm enjoying the journey."
Bjornsson, 31, has lost 40lbs in just over three weeks as he prepares for the highly-anticipated boxing bout.
