    Good evening from France

Welcome to SunSport’s live coverage of the international friendly between Brazil and Ghana at Stade Oceane.

The two teams have already punched their ticket to this winter’s 2022 World Cup group stage in Qatar.

The friendly takes place in Le Havre to reduce travel time and pressure for each country’s Europe-based players.

Brazil manager Tite is set for his last hurrah as he stated he will step down after the upcoming tournament, which means this will be his last crack at glory with his national team with which he only won the Copa America in 2019.

The Selecao boss has made some shock omissions from his squad, such as Arsenal aces Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Magalhaes.

But none of them is more surprising than Gunners star Gabriel Jesus, who has already registered a total of four goals and three assists in eight matches.

It becomes more baffling considering Tite picked Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino, Atletico Madrid‘s Mattheus Cunha and Flamengo's Pedro ahead of him.

Juventus star Alex Sandro has withdrawn due to a thigh injury, which means Nottingham Forest's Renan Lodi may start at left-back.

Ghana boss Otto Addo, on the other hand, has called up Brighton’s Tariq Lamptey and Athletic Bilbao’s Inaki Williams for the first time.

Southampton ace Mohammed Salisu is also in line for an international debut tonight against Brazil.

Arsenal’s Thomas Partey returned from injury to start for Arsenal in their 3-0 victory at Brentford last weekend in a timely boost for Addo, who called him up
