Arsenal fans ask 'have we kept the receipt?' after £65m Kai Havertz’s ‘embarrassing’ MLS challenge performance | The Sun

ARSENAL fans want to return Kai Havertz to Chelsea after he flopped in the MLS Star Skills Challenge.

The German was put to the test in front of a packed-out Audi Field before the Gunners' game against MLS All-Stars, which takes place in the early hours of Friday morning.

Havertz performed terribly in the cross and volley challenge as he failed to convert any of his 14 attempts.

The £65million summer signing blazed several shots over the bar while his only shots on target were tame efforts that went straight to the goalkeeper.

That sparked derision from Gooners, many of whom ridiculed Havertz and jokingly questioned whether he could be returned to Chelsea.

One fan said: "Have we still got the receipt for Havertz?"

However not all fans slammed Havertz and some have defended his effort by pointing out the fact it was just a fun competition.
