Alejandro Garnacho spotted getting Uber to Man Utd training ahead of crunch Leicester clash | The Sun

ALEJANDRO GARNACHO was spotted arriving for Manchester United training on Friday in the back seat of an Uber.

The Red Devils reported for duty at their Carrington HQ just hours after the 2-2 draw with Barcelona in the Europa League.


And after coming on late on at the Nou Camp, Argentine winger Garnacho, 18, arrived for training by taxi the next morning.

His mode of transport will please legendary United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

Ex-Old Trafford ace Wes Brown recently admitted Fergie was furious when he found out the defender once "had a fight on a bus going home" instead of getting a taxi.

Garnacho came on in the 81st minute against Barca on Thursday.

He has impressed since being given his chance by Erik ten Hag, scoring three goals and providing five assists in 24 first-team appearances this term.

The winger netted in the 2-0 win at Elland Road last week.

While Garnacho got an Uber to Carrington, many of the team arrived in an assortment of fancy motors.

Brazilian ace Antony was seen behind the wheel of a Lamborghini, while Casemiro and Raphael Varane both drove Bentleys.

Ten Hag's side return to action following the trip to Barcelona with a home game against Leicester on Sunday.

The Red Devils go into the Prem encounter just five points off league leaders Manchester City and second-placed Arsenal.

And Ten Hag has urged his side to be within striking distance of the top of the table in April in order to mount a title charge.

He said: “What we have to do is put ourselves in the right position in April.

“It's about us doing things right and we have already been in this rhythm for many weeks.”
